How we work together consists of two components: the 'management style' of its leaders and the interactions between leaders and between employees as the 'organisation's culture'. Together these define how an organisation functions and behaves having both a light and a dark side to it in various respects.
This survey confidentially assesses the current organisation culture for your business, with your preference for a future culture for the business. It uses a well-proven model for organisation culture with additional dimensions to allow for the last two decades of social change.
By asking colleagues to include your organisation's name we can make a comparison with this new benchmark if you ask us to.

The descriptions overlap and seem contradictory, they are idealistic representations of the real world and reflect that.
Judge between 1 for least, or 7 for strongest for the description to match your organisation's ways of working and for your aspirations/preferences.
This scale means we get a usable perception of your organisation and your aspirations.
